Maple Chili Soft Tacos

Ingredients 
3 breaded fish sticks
3 6 inch tortillas
(soft or hard taco shells)
2 leaf frisee lettuce cut in two
60 g minced red cabbage
60 g pico de gallo
60 ml Lynch Maple Chili Sauce
30 ml thinly sliced red onions
15 g fresh cilantro
Fish sticks can be substituted by popcorn shrimps, chicken tenders or beef strips

Preparation Method
1. Cook the fish stick in the oven or fryer.
2. Place the two tortillas in the taco rack.
3. Garnish the tacos with ingredients in the following order: lettuce,
red cabbage, pico de galo, 1 fish stick per taco, red onions.
4. Drizzle each taco with Lynch Maple Chili Sauce and finish with
fresh cilantro leaves
