Maple Chili Chicken Poutine

200 g cooked fries
100 g cheese curds
120 ml Lynch Poutine Gravy
120 g chicken
90 ml Lynch Maple Chili Sauce
Chicken can be substituted by pulled pork or beef

Preparation Method
1. Cook the fries in the fryer for approximately 3 to 4 minutes.
2. Raise the basket and shake it lightly to remove the excess of oil.
3. Combine 60 ml Lynch Maple Chili Sauce with the chicken.
4. Heat the chicken portion in the microwave oven between 45 seconds to 1 minute, depending on the strength of your appliance.

Presentation
1. Transfer the hot fries into the serving bowl.
2. Garnish them with the cheese curds.
3. Pour the hot Lynch poutine gravy on top of the fries and the cheese.
4. Spread the hot chicken on top of the fries and the cheese.
5. Pour the remaining Lynch Maple Chili Sauce on chicken.
