Mac‘n Cheese with Smoked Gouda & Creamy Horseradish

200 g cooked macaroni
100 g grated smoked Gouda
50 ml 35% cream
90 ml Lynch Creamy Horseradish Sauce
50 g pretzel bread crumbs
15 ml vegetable oil
Smoked Gouda can be substituted with cheddar or other hard cheese

Garnish
15 g chopped chives

Preparation Method
1. In a large bowl, mix cream, grated gouda and
Lynch Creamy Horseradish Sauce.
2. Add the cooked macaroni and mix well.
3. In a separate bowl mix together the breadcrumbs and oil.

Presentation
1. Warm up the portion of mac’n cheese mixture in the microwave.
2. Put the hot mac n cheese in a single size serving skillet.
3. Top with the pretzel bread crumbs and broil.
4. Serve the skillet on a wooden board.
5. Garnish with chopped chives.
