Crunchy Mustard & Mushroom Chicken Breast

Ingredients 
1 chicken breast with or without skin
60 g sliced mushrooms
15 ml vegetable oil
60 ml Lynch Crunchy Mustard Sauce
15 g chopped parsley
5 g salt
15 g butter
Chicken breast can be substituted with chicken thighs

Preparation Method
1. Pre heat the skillet with the oil.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and cook in the skillet skin side down.
3. Cook for 5 minutes and turn the breast. Finish in a 375º oven.
4. Cook the chicken until the internal temp reaches 74ºC (165F).
5. Remove the cooked breast from the skillet, add butter and mushrooms to skillet and cook until soft.
6. Add the chicken, Lynch Crunchy Mustard Sauce and chopped parsley and mix well.
