Ingredients 
1 kg cooked and cooled fingerling potatoes
150 ml Lynch Crunchy Mustard Sauce
100 ml mayonnaise
60 g chopped chives
100 g celery
60 g Orange pepper
100 ml white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper

Preparation Method
1. Cut the potatoe in 2 cm rounds.
2. Put the potatoe in a large bowl.
3. Cut the celery and the orange pepper in dice.
4. Add celery, orange pepper, Lynch Crunchy Mustard Sauce, mayonnaise, vinegar, chives, salt and pepper.
5. Mix well and keep cold
